2024 International Hydropower Development Conference

We are delighted to announce the call for papers for the 2024 International Hydropower Development Conference, following the monumental success of the gathering in Beijing in 2023. Endorsed by the National Energy Administration of China and the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), and organized in collaboration with the China Society for Hydropower Engineering (CSHE), alongside leading industry partners such as the State Grid Corporation of China, China Three Gorges Corporation, and PowerChina, the conference showcased the indispensable role of pumped storage hydropower. Garnering an audience exceeding 1.2 million via live broadcast, it highlighted the critical contribution of hydropower to the global sustainable energy agenda.
